We travelled with a service dog and 2 people with disability. The staff were wonderful, kind, and super thoughtful. They put out a water bowl and even made a little bed for our pup. She was working exceptionally hard during our stay, and we were all very grateful to have a welcoming, safe space to come 'home' to. Thank you for being so thoughtful. We really appreciated it. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful staff when my flights kept getting delayed and I ended up checking in at 11.30pm. Thier flesibility and quick resonses helped! The room is quickly made nice and warm but I like being able to air it during the day by opening a (secure) window for fresh air. The beds are fantasticaly clean and comfortable.

Size of room very large. Liked the large mirror with bench underneath which was useful to do my makeup. Open underground car park easy to access and leave. Short distance from reception to our room. Short distance from car park to our room. No traffic noise and no noise from other guests.
